Level 1: Introduction to Kettlebell Lifting
Hi, my name is Cal Crowell. I am a certified trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and the National Personal Training Institute. I am also a Level 1 KettleBell Concepts Instructor and Level 1 CrossFit certified. I have experience in conducting group and individual training and have tremendous success with helping clients reach their wellness goals while making their workouts challenging, and most importantly, fun. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels from the beginning exerciser to the elite athlete.
