Level 1: Introduction to Kettlebell Lifting
My education includes holding multiple NCSA certifications as well as holding accredited certifications under National Personal Trainer's Institution in Nutrional Consult, Advanced PT and CPR/First Aid. I run a successful fitness boxing program with my wife in the greater Chicagoland area as well as provide home/private pt and functional kettlebell, traditional boxing and general health wellness programs/classes.
He taught me my greatest lessons Aaron Petrynek is the person who has had the most influence on my personality. At a time when I couldn?t believe in myself Aaron stood up to the plate and believed in me. He has been an inspiring angel in my life. No one has the right to kill your happiness; it?s your mind and heart that has to be in control, rest of the things take care of themselves. Life is not about taking from this world, one has also to give to this world, and that?s when your worth is decided. Aaron has taught me to believe in myself, never give up. If I start something finish it till the end. To have a healthy body, you must have a healthy mind, a healthy spirit. Believe in myself and others will follow. To live a healthy, happy life. To love my body, treat it like a shrine and to eat the fruit of the week always. So Aaron thank you for believing in me when I could not. -- Sonia
OK – so I am gonna be completely honest with you. My legs feel they are two cement blocks attached to my hips – my shoulders hurt a little bit – and overall the rest of my body feels great. About doing the kettlebell workout overall…………….Well, lets just say I LOVE IT. I was so excited talking to people about it today that they were probably sick of hearing me talk about it. My friend that I told you about the works out like crazy that I thought was maybe on the juice – I texted him last night asking him if he ever did a kettlebell workout and he replied back with Yes. Grueling! I love it. I can’t wait to do it again. I even went online and googled it to check out some of the more advanced workouts – WOW – I can’t imagine – but I can’t wait to learn more. I LOVE WORKING OUT WITH YOU. Tell your manager, tell whoever – tell me who to tell. You are the best and I can’t wait to see my progress now that we are kicking it up a notch. Woo Hoo. Oh – and I did my 30 minute run last night – late – I think it actually helped to stretch me out a bit. Have a good afternoon – see you tomorrow!!
